At Collecto Inc., we are committed to providing efficient, accurate, and reliable services to all our clients and partners. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and procedures related to the delivery and performance of our services, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
Scope of Services
Collecto Inc. offers a variety of business-related services, including but not limited to:
- Business Setup
- Bookkeeping
- Business Tax Return Filing
- Financial Statements Preparation
- General Ledger Preparation
- Litigation Support
The specific scope and details of the services provided will be clearly outlined in the service agreement entered into with each client.
Delivery of Services
- Service Initiation:
Upon receiving confirmation of payment and all necessary documentation from the client, Collecto will begin the fulfillment process. Clients will be informed of any additional requirements or delays in writing. - Timeframes for Delivery:
Collecto will provide estimated timelines for each service upon acceptance of the client’s request. These timeframes may vary depending on the service type, client responsiveness, and external factors such as regulatory approvals. - Method of Delivery:
All deliverables, such as reports, filings, and documentation, will be provided electronically via the client’s preferred method (e.g., secure email, client portal) unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Client Cooperation:
The successful and timely completion of services depends on the client’s cooperation in providing accurate and complete information. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information will not be the responsibility of Collecto.
- Compliance Services:
While Collecto ensures accuracy in filings and compliance, clients are ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy of their financial and business information. Collecto disclaims liability for inaccuracies resulting from client-provided data.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refund Eligibility:
- Payments made to Collecto are non-refundable unless explicitly authorized by the terms of the service agreement or the program provider.
- Refund requests must be directed to the program provider, who will notify Collecto if a refund is approved.
- Cancellation Requests:
Clients may request the cancellation of services prior to the initiation of the service process. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Collecto. Collecto reserves the right to charge a processing fee for cancellations. - Chargebacks:
Unauthorized chargebacks are prohibited. Any chargeback attempt may result in the suspension of services, additional fees, and legal action.
Fulfillment Disputes
In the event of a dispute related to the fulfillment of services:
- Clients must submit a written notice of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
- Collecto will review the dispute and respond within 14 business days.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated according to the arbitration clause outlined in the Terms of Use.
Liability Disclaimer
Collecto Inc. is not liable for:
- Delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as regulatory changes or third-party actions.
- Losses or damages resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client-provided data.
- Performance failures or disputes related to third-party program providers.
Amendments to Policy
Collecto Inc. reserves the right to update or amend this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through the contact information provided at the time of service.
